Alice,
I wanted to take a few minutes of your time to let you know
how much I appreciate all of your expertise over the past
9 years. I can remember meeting you when I was fresh out of
college and looking for a job.
You stressed the importance of "standing out" and
'"gabbing the attention" of the interviewer, and
you taught me that it all starts with the resume. From our
conversations, you were able to capture my all of my skills
and abilities and transfer the information into a terrific
resume.
I landed my first position with Abbott Laboratories in December
of 1993, and after 9 years and six positions, I am still with
Abbott Laboratories today. With each promotional opportunity
you were able to update and enhance my resume to make it more
appealing than before.
What would I have done without you? You Are The Best!!! Thank
you so much Alice.
Sincerely,
L. W.

Dear Alice:
I tried my way and it didn't work. According to an old proverb:
'"One who is his own lawyer has a fool for a client."
For years I resisted spending the money to hire someone to
write my resume. I finally decided I needed someone to do
the job done right. I didn't have the objectivity that you
demonstrated during our initial consultation. Your ability
to zero in on my key skills and accomplishments was impressive.
Now I am getting results. My cover letter sparkles and I
am now getting interviews. Everyone I have met with has been
impressed not only with the appearance of my resume but also
your marketing skill in promoting my value to their sales
team.
Thanks for the great work and your continuing support. I
will keep you updated on my progress and final success.
Sincerely,
R.R.

| Dear Alice,
Hello. I would like to write a short note to say THANKS for
all the hard work you did to make my resume look super. I
received a phone call two days after I sent out my first resume.
There is no doubt my resume was part of the reason I was contacted
about the job opening at XXXX in XXXX, Wisconsin. Thanks to
your hard work and skill I am working as an Alcohol and Drug
Counselor. Thank you.
Sincerely,

Dear Alice:
I thought you would like to know why my job search was so
successful. Securing an interview in a school district is
usually a mixture of who you know and who knows you. Interviews
are not granted to unknown applicants--there are just too
many. So when I sent out resumes to school districts where
I had no connection, I never expected to be contacted. Imagine
my surprise when I was!
I was called by three different districts to come in for
an interview. When I asked why they wanted to see me, they
ALL said that they opened my resume because it looked intriguing
(I sent them in the custom-made 9x12" envelopes). They
commented on how professional it looked and said that it stood
out among the others. One principal asked me where he could
get one written for himself.
The cover letter you wrote for me was brilliant. I definitely
could not have done as well. Thanks for making me look good.
and don't erase my resume from your computer files. I plan
to come back!
Again, thank you.

Dear Alice,
When I lost my job at XXXX as Vice President of their marketing
department, I was in your office the same afternoon to have
you begin the preparation of my resume.
Your prompt attention to the project resulted in my having
a fine, professional looking résumé to take
to my first interview at the Chicago Stock Exchange.
There is no doubt in my mind that the executive presentation
you prepared had a lot to do with making a great first impression
that ultimately led to my being hired as Senior Director of
Marketing at the Exchange.
Thank you for your help and words of encouragement and support.
You have my best wishes for your continuing success.
Sincerely,
K. G. C.
Note: KGC picked up only one copy of 25 paid for of his presentation;
the rest are still waiting for him.

Dear Alice:
I just want you to be aware of the excellent results I had
with your services. Following your job search guidance, I
barraged companies! I found that the follow up letters played
a very important role and calling to follow up on the follow
up letter really worked. I received four job offers, one as
a result of the Electronic Resume Network.
Personnel managers and hiring executives were definitely
impressed with the format and professionalism of my brochure
resume' which you prepared. Just as your told me, they literally
could not put my resume' down.
I think if more people invested in marketing themselves professionally,
they would have as great success as I have had.
Again thank you for your time and help. I wouldn't hesitate
to recommend you to everyone. ..and I have.
Sincerely,
A. J. S.

Dear Alice:
I sent out, at the most, 10 resume's, had five interviews
and received two offers for positions as Registered Dietician.
I was very pleased to be told by the Gerber Foods recruiter
that out of 500 applicants, my resume' was chosen as one of
12 to be selected for an interview. Even though my qualifications
didn't meet their specifications in the ad, my resume' got
me that interview. During the interview, I was told that this
was the first resume' that had a page for "Interviewers'
Notes.'
Upon leaving my job to move out-of-state, I am happy that
it only took a telephone call and a short visit at my convenience
to update my resume'.
I was so pleased with your work that I have referred two
friends to your service. I feel that if anybody is interested
in seeking a new job, a professionally done resume' by you
would be a beneficial investment as the payoffs are bountiful.
I will let you know how my next job search goes in Toledo.
Sincerely,
M. W. L., R.D.

Dear Alice!
I'm very interested in relocating to the Minneapolis area.
I sent ONE resume out. Two weeks later, I got a phone call
from the company in Minneapolis saying that out of 95
résumés received, they were going to wait to
talk to me!!
They held up their hiring decision until I could get to Minneapolis!!!
Needless to say, it was my resume' that YOU created that
did the talking for me!!
Thank you SO much!! It's so wonderful to know that I can
be so confident about my job search with such a professional
work of art!!!
Have a great day,
S. M. H.

Dear Alice,
I wanted to let you know that the resume that we put together
helped me in getting the current job that I have now, as Fire
Chief of XXXX Fire Department. I was complemented everytime
people saw the professionally done resume.
Comments were received, such as, "This is the most professionally
done resume" that they had ever seen. The resume helped
me in the interview process everytime.
It has worked so well for me that I am back updating the
content. Thanks for such a professionally done resume.
Sincerely,
P. P.

Dear Alice:
Thank you for making me stand out in my search.
After
searching for work for four months, the opportunity with a
choice company finally arrived. I was chosen from fifteen
hundred applications. Yes, fifteen hundred, 1,500!
I asked my manager how he went about his choice, and his
reply was: First by resume appearance, second by qualifications
and third by the interview,
This I wanted to share with you, and hopefully others who
use your service. Tell them the investment is well worth it,
and your knowledge and expertise prove this.
Thank you,
K.A.
